MoneyLine Direct ("we", "us", "our") operates moneylinedirect.online. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a loan inquiry we collect: full name, email, phone number, date of birth, state, ZIP code, employment status, monthly income, loan amount, loan purpose, and next pay date. We also collect technical data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to match you with third-party lenders; communicate with you via phone, email, and text; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud.

3. How We Share Your Information

By submitting a loan inquiry you consent to MoneyLine Direct sharing your information with our network of third-party lenders and lending partners; marketing partners with related financial offers; service providers including TrustedForm and Jornaya LeadiD for consent verification; and law enforcement where required. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for non-financial marketing.

4. TCPA Consent

By submitting your information you provide express written consent to be contacted by MoneyLine Direct and its lending partners at the phone number and email provided, including via automated dialing systems, pre-recorded messages, and text messages. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.

4A. SMS Messaging Program (10DLC A2P Disclosure)

Program Name: MoneyLine Direct Loan Match Notifications.

Program Description: By opting in (via the checkbox on our loan inquiry form) and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring transactional and promotional SMS/MMS text messages from MoneyLine Direct, including loan match updates, application status alerts, reminders, customer-care responses, and related offers from MoneyLine Direct. Messages are sent via automated technology.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your application activity, typically up to approximately 10 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan. MoneyLine Direct does not charge for SMS messages.

Opt-Out (STOP): You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt in again.

Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@moneylinedirect.com.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information & SMS Opt-In Data — No Sharing With Third Parties: No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent / opt-in data, will be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is collected and used solely to operate the MoneyLine Direct SMS messaging program. All other categories of personal information (described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy) may still be shared with lending partners and service providers as described in Section 3, but the SMS opt-in consent itself is excluded from such sharing.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

5. Consent Verification

We use TrustedForm and Jornaya LeadiD to record and verify your consent at submission. A certificate may be shared with lending partners as proof of opt-in.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for up to 5 years to fulfill the purposes in this policy and comply with legal obligations.

7. California Residents — CCPA Rights
